The website www.bestwigs.eu is operated by BESTWIGS (Mr. Kirill GANZHA, 60 rue Planchat 75020 Paris, France).

Under the law of France, present commercial activity is registered at Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Paris for its license with the registration number 797 967 403 R.C.S. Paris. By placing an order on the website www.bestwigs.eu the customer agrees to accept full Terms and Conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance

The fact of acceptance of these terms is indicated by customers’ check of a validation tab, as well as fill out form with payment details (Bank Details, Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account). These actions recognize that customer has read and accept our conditions and imply customers’ electronic signature, which values between two parties (Customer and BESTWIGS).

2. Product and its appearance

All pictures throughout our website www.bestwigs.eu correctly reflect every particular product. Every page of the website, describe its item accurately.

However, in order to represent products on its best, BESTWIGS has previously improved every item for photoshoot. All the pictures on our website made by our company BESTWIGS, they are our intellectual property and protected by copyright low. Any use of any picture with no our written permission is unlawful and would be prosecuted.

3. Availability

All products and their prices are correct and valid as soon as they are on the website. Availability information of any product provided for customers at the time of placing an order. In case of unavailability, after placing an order, we would notify a customer by e-mail and would offer either item replacement or full refund.

4. Order

Upon placing an order BESTWIGS will send an email confirmation to the e-mail address provided by customer upon checkout process. The order will be processed only after the confirmation e-mail. BESTWIGS reserves the right to cancel any order with any customer in case of a dispute over a payment with previous order.

5. Delivery

After order confirmation, BESTWIGS agrees to deliver an order to its carrier (La Poste) within 48 hours (business days only), for all items from section of our website WIGS IN STOCK.

If you choose an item from PRE-ORDER WIGS section, it might take up to 60 business days to produce your item, before the order would be ready to deliver to customers' address.

By placing an order, it is indicated whether the product is available in stock. If the product is out of stock, its production and delivery time would be approximately indicated on the web page. Delivery cost depends of destination and order weight and available for view on the website, during checkout process. The order would be delivered to a shipping address specified by a customer during checkout process. In case of any customers’ mistake with his mailing address, BESTWIGS can’t be held responsible for order loss. If mail agent would return the order to the seller, re-shipping of the order would be executed for customers’ expenses.

6. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (war, riots, fire, strikes, weather accidents) the seller fully released from his obligation to deliver the order.

7. Retraction

The customer must check the package upon arrival. Within 48 hours the customer has a right to file a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged order. The customer has a period of 14 days from order delivery for returning whole order or any item of the order, that doesn't fit him. All returning expenses should be paid by the customer. Customized items, as well as discounted items, are not eligible for exchange or refund. Returns accepted only for unused items in their original packaging. If the item is damaged or with signs of worn; such returns wouldn’t be accepted or refunded. Upon receiving return order in its previous condition, BESTWIGS would issue a full refund (except shipping cost) within 15 days. The refund will be executed through the same payment option as such order was paid (Bank transfer, Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)

8. Price

All prices are quoted in euros (€). BESTWIGS reserves the right to change price on any item. However, all previously accepted orders guarantee the rates charged on the date of confirmation e-mail.

9. Import taxes

All orders delivered outside the EU as well as overseas territories may be subject to any local taxes, duties, dock dues and customs fees upon delivery. Such expenses are customers’ responsibility. Customs rates may vary depending on the nature of the products and country.

10. Payment

The order validated by the customer will be considered effective only when the payment centers (Banks or PayPal) have given their approval. In case of payment refuse, such orders will be canceled and customers would be notified by email.
