Delivery & Returns


After order confirmation, BESTWIGS agrees to deliver an order to its carrier (La Poste) within 48 hours (business days only), for all items from section of our website WIGS IN STOCK.

If you choose an item from PRE-ORDER WIGS section, it might take up to 60 business days to produce your item, before the order would be ready to deliver to customers' address.   

By placing an order, it is indicated whether the product is available in stock. If the product is out of stock, its production and delivery time would be approximately indicated on the web page. Delivery cost depends on destination and order weight and available for view on the website, during checkout process. The order would be delivered to a shipping address specified by a customer during checkout process. In case of any customers’ mistake with his mailing address, BESTWIGS can’t be held responsible for order loss. If mail agent would return the order to the seller, re-shipping of the order would be executed for customers’ expenses. 


The customer must check the package upon arrival. Within 48 hours the customer has a right to file a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged order. The customer has a period of 14 days from order delivery for returning whole order or any item of the order, that doesn't fit him. All returning expenses should be paid by the customer. Customized items, as well as discounted items, are not eligible for exchange or refund. Returns accepted only for unused items in their original packaging. If the item is damaged or with signs of worn; such returns wouldn’t be accepted or refunded. Upon receiving return order in its previous condition, BESTWIGS would issue a full refund (except shipping cost) within 15 days. The refund will be executed through the same payment option as such order was paid (Bank transfer, Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)
